Early Beginnings
The company was founded by Chris Goodwin and Mark Wheatley. The business idea came from the two director's understanding of both the private and public sector and the needs of their existing clients, which were far wider than they could provide personally.
They did not want to fall into the trap of ‘trying to do everything’ so they set about forming alliances with a number of experts in their fields. The name ‘Results Driven Group’ was chosen because it reflected their desire and passion to get results for their clients.
